Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, returning them intact and in their original packaging.
Return Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Sandokan of their decision to withdraw from the contract by sending an explicit statement to info@garden-new-store.com
Return Conditions
Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
The return must be made within 14 days of communicating the decision to withdraw.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by Garden Store.
Refund
Once the returned products have been received and verified, Sandokan will refund the amount paid by the customer, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction.
Defective or Damaged Products
In the event of defective or damaged products, the customer must contact Garden Store customer service immediately at info@garden-new-store.com
Garden Store will replace the defective products or refund the amount paid, including return shipping costs.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized or sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and that were opened after delivery.
